Last Saturday Wayne Franklin of Tropicasa Realty held another Open House/Art Show at Los Altos Villas.
This is the second one this year as the first one last month was a success attracting a lot of guests.
Franklin said the people like it, the artist participating showing their art like it and the developer likes it so he will be having one every month.
